Hines Residence

Master Bathroom Remodel

Project Location: Oregon City, OR

To start off, this project consisted of a full gut of the master bathroom. The owners wanted to get rid of the fiberglass shower insert, older vanity, floors, etc. They made all the finish selections themselves (as you can see, they did a great job!)

The floor and wall tile came from Contract Furnishings Mart out of Tigard, OR. Here is the link for their store: https://cfmfloors.com

The vanity was custom-built by our good friends out of Vancouver, WA. It is a solid white oak vanity that looks like it’s floating, but actually has a kickboard about 8″ deep at the bottom. This was done so that the vanity could look as if it was floating, but without debris getting under. We then finished it off with a clear so it would be protected against water stains.

The original built-in tub was removed and the plumbing was slightly relocated to allow for this freestanding bathtub. It was a bit of a challenge finding a bathtub that would fit into the new space, but the owners nailed it!

It truly was a great experience working on this master bathroom remodel in Oregon City. Check out some more photos below to see how we, Paliy Construction (a small, family-owned, Construction company) can transform spaces!
