Derby St. Spa

The before and after of this West Linn master bathroom renovation is a shocker. So much was changed to get a spa-like feel in this bathroom.

One of the biggest changes was the removal of the jetted bathtub to create a new space for a larger shower. To create this shower, we also dropped the subfloor approx. 3″ so we can build a curbless shower where the large format tile can flow right in. We finished it off by also installing a frameless shower glass.

Some special details you can notice are the linear drain (https://www.flooranddecor.com) and the aria vent (https://ariavent.com). This was a nice touch to keep the bathroom modern.
