Insurance had sent out a mitigation company that had removed some floor tiles and damaged the heated flooring. They had been considering a bathroom renovation for some time, and this was just the final push to getting it remodeled.

We were fortunate to remodel this bathroom to the client's specifications, including a white marble-like porcelain tile throughout the bathroom floors, shower pan, and shower walls. This gave the bathroom a very luxurious feel. Another big change was removing part of the wall that enclosed the shower. This was a big change, as now the shower felt larger than ever while still keeping the same footprint.
